espresso rub
This recipe makes about 1/4 cup of rub
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons finely ground espresso coffee beans
- 1 tablespoon garlic pepper
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
Directions
- Combine rub ingredients in small bowl; press generously onto beef steak(s).
- Grill, pan-broil or broil steaks; place roast in oven and cook according to chart. Cook to medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
