Steaks - Ribeyes, Strips, etc.
Seasoning - Clark's Seasoning, Black Pepper (or your preference)
Butter and Minced Garlic (optional)
1. Heat The Big Green Egg to 400 Season steaks generously with Clarkâs Seasoning Blend and Black Pepper
2. Grill steaks for 3 minutes then turn half way. (Close lid)
3. Grill another 3 minutes. (Close lid).
4. Flip over then add melted butter and minced garlic.
5. Grill another 3 minutes then turn half way. (Close lid)
6. Grill another 3 minutes with lid closed.
7. Remove when they reach your desired temp or should be medium rare after 12 minutes at 400 degrees. But always check with digital thermometer.
8. Remove and cover with foil to rest ten minutes.
This recipe can be adapted to any type of grill that cooks at a high temperature!
