Chili Egg Rolls

Ingredients
2 lbs. hamburger meat
2 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
4 cups grated cheese
1 cup green chile, chopped
24 egg rolls or wonton
Directions
Cook hamburger; drain.
Add spices and cool.
Add cheese and chile to hamburger mixture.
Put a small handful of above mixture in center of egg roll.
Fold and seal with beaten egg, or flour and water.
Fry slowly at 325 in vegetable oil (or tallow) until golden brown.
